Can I cancel or modify my order?
In order to ship your order as soon as possible, we cannot cancel or change your order as processing begins immediately. But if you change your mind, we offer returns. See return policy for details.
You will receive your order confirmation via email shortly after your placed your order. If you don't receive your order confirmation together with your order number, please contact email@example.com.
Discount codes policy
We offer a 10% discount on any first orders. Please note only one code can be applied per order
Unfortunately, we don’t offer a gift receipt. But don’t worry, no pricing information will be included in the package.
Any order with 30% of discount or more, will be considered a final sale. No returns or exchanges will be offered on final sale items.

My credit card was declined. What should I do?
If your credit card was declined, please contact your bank, as they will provide more information. If they cannot provide a solution, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
My card was declined, but there is a charge on my bank statement.
Sometimes, when a transaction is attempted, your bank might put a hold on your account. But don’t worry, this hold is only temporary and it should be removed in a few business days.
