SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?

Please understand that the health and safety of our staff and customers is of the utmost importance, therefore please allow an additional 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order ships.

What are your shipping times and costs for US orders?

We offer free shipping for all orders within continental United States. Please note we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

All orders placed by 4pm EST from Monday-Thursday (excluding national holidays), will be shipped on the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next business day. 

Please note there is no weekend delivery with Expedited or Rush shipping.   

What are your shipping times and costs for international orders?

We offer international shipping at an extra cost (FREE for orders over $700 USD). We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Due to COVID-19, shipments may experience delays. This will depend on each country's local delivery abilities. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for international orders. See return policy for more information.

Does Naissant offer expedited shipping?

We offer Expedited (2-3 business days) and Rush (1-2 business days) shipping options, please note this is excluding weekends and holidays. As mentioned above, this will apply to orders placed by 4pm EST Monday-Thursday excluding national holidays. Delays might be experienced specially during higher volume periods and/or during the holidays.
