How do I make a return?
- We accept returns on full price products for orders shipped within continental US. The merchandise must be are unused, in the original packaging, and the return request must be made within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. Please note, items purchased at a 30% or more discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
General Returns Disclaimer
- All merchandise will be accepted for a full refund or exchange if its received in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (Including dust bags and boxes) with tags attached. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on items that are worn, damaged, scratched or without their original packaging.
- For all orders shipped within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. For international orders, customs duties and sales taxes as well as shipping are non-refundable through Naissant.
- Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange request on merchandise that does not meet our return policy. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
What is the exchange policy?
Please note that due to the limited inventory we currently have, we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend placing your new order to reserve the bag or accessory of your choice and return your current item for a refund back in the meantime. If you purchased your item on a sale -with 25% or less- we will honor the price your payed on your first order.
How do I return something I received as a gift?
Please email our team at email@example.com to provide the order number or the purchaser's name, and we will issue the return label if applicable.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Please allow 10-15 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received. The refund will go to the payment method used when originally placing the order.
